CONTROL:
Control panel provides two modes of control. "Hold" setting permits constant predetermined temperature to be maintained. "UP/Off" setting provides automatic shut-off when predetermined annealing temperature is reached. With optional timer a third mode of control is available, "UP" to temperature, "TIME HOLD" at temperature, and "OFF", also Optional  programmable temperature controllers available. Three phase power supply available on 208/220 volts, 18 KVA. (Other voltages available)

RAISING & LOWERING:
Chain driven mechanism is operated by handcrank or optional automatic control.

DESIGN:
The elimination of the front corner posts, combined with the Wilt bell-type oven, makes this the most accessible annealing oven you can use. The oven bed is at table height and is completely free of obstructions which might damage quartz. The control console is located at a convenient operating level at the front of the unit.

POWER CONSUMPTION:

   This is perhaps the most important advantage of a ceramic fiber blanket lined oven. It cuts power consumption in half and oven will reach annealing temperature in half the time as a conventional refractory lined oven. This means less electric used and a savings in energy consumed. Once the annealing cycle is completed, access to the oven can be immediate without fear of spalling the lining due to thermal shock.

HEATING ELEMENTS:

   Unique designed ceramic fiber refractory panels, with heating elements imbedded, assures longer life and positive temperature uniformity throughout the oven.

    For less downtime, heating element panels are designed so that they are readily accessible and can be easily removed and replaced in minutes.

LIMITROL:

    An additional instrument which give you safety advantage should any malfunction occur in the control instrument. Limitrol is set a few degrees above highest temperature set on the control instrument and if reached will automatically shut down oven.
