Applications

Advanced Control Key Features

Optimized Cleaning Process

After a single rinse in detergent, glassware is placed in stainless steel baskets to drain briefly before being loaded into the Model 210. The oven operates at 450°C for two hours, a temperature safely below the strain point of even the most delicate glassware. Once the ashing process is complete, the oven can be opened for rapid cooling without any risk to the glass. The advanced controls on the Model 210 provide the ability for a user to export run cycle data for higher levels of documentation for compliance standards such as (CFR) Title 21 Part 11, if required.
