Warranty Policy for Wilt Industries' Electrically Driven Ashing and Annealing Ovens

Standard Warranty: Wilt Industries warrants all electrically driven ashing and annealing ovens against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment.
Extended Warranty: Additional years of warranty protection are available upon request and purchase through the Wilt Industries Service Agreement.

This warranty applies to products that have been properly cared for and used in accordance with Wilt Industries’ instructions and deemed correct at Wilt Industries sole discretion.
Customers must promptly notify Wilt Industries in writing of any warranty claims within the warranty period.

At Wilt Industries sole discretion, a part or component, except items covered by warranties of other manufacturers, found upon examination by Wilt Industries to be defective due to improper workmanship or materials can be repaired or replaced without charge.
Components and accessories furnished by third parties are warranted only to the extent of the original manufacturer’s warranty and only to the extent that such warranty is assignable to the customer.

Customers must obtain consent from Wilt Industries before returning any product or part. Reference to the consent must be included on all shipping documents.
Products sent to Wilt Industries without said consent will be rejected.
Transport charges for shipping products to be repaired or replaced, including any applicable import duties and clearance fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

This warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Customer’s negligence, abuse, accident, or improper storage
- Use of unauthorized accessories or modifications
- Use of products for purposes other than their intended use
- Electrostatic discharges, electrical surges, or improper electrical connections
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
Wilt Industries does not guarantee product capacity if alterations are made without prior written consent.

The express warranties provided by Wilt Industries are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
Wilt Industries’ warranty obligations and the customer’s remedies are solely and exclusively as stated in this policy.
